  1. 12 years and after much research, I finally figured it out - not some high and mighty doctor. please don’t make patients feel crazy or jump through all your hoops. yes, i am frustrated and ticked off at all the wasted time, money and effort. I now feel like I can go forward on explore some many possible solutions besides the continuous icepacks that I apply to my arms each and every day. I have had spinal issues but no one ever connected the dots. I think that is what happens when we are constantly sent to “specialists”…. you forget to look at the entire person; all you seems to see is the single ailment. Sorry to be so harsh but I have so obviously lost faith in the medical commnunity
